Abbott BiNax Home Test - Leaving Israel

Does anyone have any experience using the Abott BiNax Home Test with supervision through eMed/Navica flying out of Israel? Any problems with it being accepted? I am flying Delta next Monday night from TLV to JFK and plan to test Sunday (1 day before flight). Thanks.

What about going to Israel (as an American citizen)? Or can I use my positive Pcr and doctor note (from January 2022) and avoid testing?
