I don't know about the app but online I get free shipping no minimum except for specific items which do have a minimum.

W/ android it's easy to backup an APK and then re-install it... there are also lots of websites that host APK files... but just try to verify that its legit.

Usually you are fine if you stick to apkmirror or apkpure. It gets more confusing when you want mod apps or certain apps that tell apk sites to take Its downloads down like jetblue.
