What's the cheapest way to do a passport photo online?

There are smartphone apps that do it, and then you print on a color printer.

Take picture yourself, use free online (or app) utility to get the right size and everything in place. Use paint / photoshop if needed to fix background.
Print in pharmacy for 30-40 cents.

Or have it shipped from Amazon.

  The hardest part for me was to find the white background. Lol.

  I tried everything from putting up a white sheet in the background calling whoever I knew had white paint in their home and…

 But did it for 4 different people came out amazing.

  I ended up sending it in to Amazon as I was too lazy to go pick up prints.

  And for those who don't have a white background the other option was for me to go to the Post Office and use their white background where they have their white drop sheet for passport photos.
    As it sits empty unless you make a passport appointment hence they come out of there booth to take a photo.

Can someone do me a favor and check if the prints website is down? Tried on my mobile, laptop and on the app. All giving me the same generic error.

It works but you're not supposed to do that .

If you have a White blackout roller shade it works wonderful

2 months later. When I reached out to Amazon Support. Someone set my default shipping address as one of my saved Canadian address and hence the checkout would just give me an error.
 Problem solved.

I'm sorry you are having trouble placing an order.

Can you please check to make sure that your default shipping address is a US address?  Also, please make sure that the "Deliver to Amazon" on the left of navigation bar is set to a US zip code.
