does the amex 35% rebate on business platinum go by operating carrier or ticketing carrier ? e.g american airlines flight selling on amex travel as jetblue would i need to register american as my airline as choice or jetblue [or virgin atlantic flight selling as delta,, if i choose delta would i receive the rebate ?]
also if i have 2 priority passes can use them both to go in same lounge ? [and bring in guests on each 1 ?] [or need to go out and come in on other 1...]
