I am considering staying at the Bahamar from 1/23-1/30. I’ve been following the rooms and prices over the last few weeks, and almost all categories remained available as of Friday (including points reservations).
I have now have checked again, and all of a sudden only three room categories remain and the hotel is closed out on points. This is a humongous resort with thousands of rooms. Is it possible that a very large group reserved over the weekend (conference, tour, etc..), or is it likely a glitch? I know that the week is Yeshiva Week, but aside from that, I don’t imagine that it’s a very busy travel period.
Thoughts?
