Anyone know the kosher status of these?

They don't seem to have the diamond k on the bottle..

Most of the chalk-y type are kosher
Per the Diamond k this one is still kosher without the symbol.
I spoke to a local big bal machsher and he said that the mint is fine even if it doesn't have the diamond k but he said not to use the ones with flavor even if it does have the symbol.
