And Israel is closing its borders for two weeks.

IMO this pushing of elective surgeries is due to a nursing shortage because of the vaccine mandate. Perfect timing for her to blame it on the "new variant" instead of on vaccine mandate..

Federal is only going into effect on December 5th. New York started enforcing this I believe about a month ago. The emergency room in Long Beach has already been closed due to staffing shortage.

So the small number is not enough to substantiate claims that it’s more mild, then those same small numbers should also be insufficient to substantiate claims that it’s more severe or more transmissible (saw exaggerations as high as 500x more transmissible, I’m not sure where the Israeli media got that bizarre figure), especially when the pool of confirmed infections with this variant thus far don’t sustain any of that.

Why? Look at Birx. One inconsequential mistake and the field she dedicated her life to is just washed down the drain? Her expert advice is no longer considered expert advice because she traveled to close her summer home?

Take anyone you consider an expert in their field. Now if they do something that they preach don't do, they then are no longer an expert? Doesn't seem right.
