I would take one if this means I can open Microsoft word docs on a chrome book.
Can't you do that using Google Docs?
there is a microsoft login and username, password needed.not sure if you guys want to split an then share this info, possibility of docs will be shared amongst all
It's probably much more seamless with using office online, anyway they are both free.
Based on my research if you want to open your docs in word or spreadsheets in excel you need to have word and excel the Microsoft Apps...
..but if you want to open them in google docs or office online, then nothing needs to be installed.
Left out a important fact. I知 planning on using a Chromebook where you can稚 install the regular windows.
Maybe I知 miss understanding how it works. Based on my research if you want to open your docs in word or spreadsheets in excel you need to have the Microsoft Apps. I知 under the impression that a paid version of 365 will give you access to these apps. Am I wrong?
