One thing that will be an issue is that as far as I know, Airtable doesn't have any sort of permissions, so any user can see everything in that base and that is an issue when everything ties into each other.
You definitely can share a single view of a single table, where only the cells in that view are visible to the person you're sharing the link with.
I share some views with specific information with overseas employees I don't trust, while my office can see the entire base. I don't know how particular it is as far as being able to edit that info, but for viewing purposes, you can chose to share it with anyone and only have them see what you want them to.
Additionally, they don't require an account or login to view the shared link.
