Would you be able to elaborate on this a bit or to link to somewhere that does?
I'd like to get a good understanding of this.
Thank you.
Your best option is to ask your accountant.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Most of them don't give much time for discussions.

This is why I've started doing my own taxes. Not sure why I needed to pay a random non-CPA $500+ to do it. If I have any questions - I'll pay for a consult with the managing CPA

Are you sure you can get such a consult as a non client?

There may be something you don’t know about or didn’t think of that a CPA will do.

With the managing CPA? I guess it can depend on season too.

Unfortunately a CPA isn't the one that actually does the returns in many practices.

They typically review them after. The bigger value is for planning towards the next year.

Which isn't included in the return service, it's an additional consult IME. Which is why I don't see any value in having them prepare my return.

Ye but they should have the same guidelines as the managing CPA, no?

I’m currently a tenant paying the 2021 pricing. My contract is up and January. If I were to leave my landlord can fetch another $400 a month.
Considering the fact that I would like to stay, what’s the best Mehalech going forward to avoid a $400 increase?
I’ve voiced my concerns, now it’s time to voice my relief.
Apparently there’s still some good people out there as my landlord only raised me 5 percent Bh!
Thanks all for the input!

Does a “good tenant” unilaterally offer his landlord to pay closer to the going rate or does this only apply to good landlords?

It applies to the "charger" not the "chargee".

This guy who wrote into the Lakewood Voice is one unhappy camper. Poritzes sucking out the lifeblood of their tenants? Really?

Evidently, our yeshivos have to do a better job of teaching both Jewish history of pre-war Europe and economics.

Are prices coming down?
What's the going rate now for a 3 bdrm 1.5 bath basement?
