I'm still waiting on Byte, and my order was also $100 exact before taxes - so no excuses!
I've sent them an email/opened ticket, contacted via Twitter, filed a BBB complaint, and opened a case with SimplyMiles.
On Twitter, they promised to send it to the right team -- nothing yet. No reply yet to BBB case. SimplyMiles claimed to have escalated the issue. And no reply to my emails/tickets.
I'll give it another week I suppose...
The SimplyMiles Byte promo for 4650 AA was renewed and now has a March expiration date - so they can't possibly claim it was a mistake or the like!
