Did anyones orders actually ship? There are reports of CS telling people they need to pay more. Its easier to track here than in the DDMS post so please feel free to share your experience here

i wouldnt really care about the time spent except that i bought $600 in GC's to sweeten the deal.
Hopefully it sorts itself out. Brooks brothers is a pretty established company. however its looking a little dicey atm

That just adds complexity which is one reason why I ditched the sweetened 15% off when spending exactly $175 ($150 + $25 bonus) on GC

When I bought a suit the other day items kept getting OOS as I went back to add and attempt another checkout. And it seems they authed my CC each time despite the item being OOS and the checkout failing for that reason.

I purchased on 12/20, used SR for checkout and my order is still in 'submitted' status. I ordered 5/$113. Hold authorized on CC.

Ordered on 12/21, used SR for checkout, order status is 'submitted'. 6/$125. $125 authorized on CC, online invoice indicates $245.

Just checked my ShopRunner account shows 125 the email I got from Brooks Brothers shows 250

FYI, it was noted here in the DDMS post that email confirmation total will not match up.

Checkout page. Had the total correct by me. I saved that page and this should be enough to prove the order has been paid in full..

Seems like it was removed. Maybe people were pointing to DDMS when calling Brooks Brothers lol.

I ordered a couple of Brooks Brothers shirts during the Black Friday sale and tbqh, they are nothing compared to what they were years ago. They are thin and cheap , poor quality.

And these were the retail ones.
