BBB site is kinda like a complaint dept, you see all the bad news. Additionally, with the company in ch. 11, they might have fewer resources/less incentive to work on their image in this regard.

IMHO all those that bought GCS to get the deal were to smart for their own good. $17 a shirt is an excellent price, and with the protection that a CC offers + in case of a return + its much less of a hassle, I thought that buying a GC was a bad idea. I got the deal with my CC.

or I didn't want to end up paying significantly more per shirt when I end up with a good portion of gift card that never gets used or sold. It was cheaper to not use the gift card IMO and seems I was spot on. My net cost for my order was $0.

Actually, last deal I bought the GCs and it took 2 days for the GCs to come by email. So I didn’t want to take a chance on missing out. $17 was more than cheap enough

so....aside for selling our gcs whats the best game plan... at current prices i see no buys, not a fan of their shirts in any case.
Do they have clearance events every so often (w/o needing codes lol)? or is there in store better deals to be had? do our gcs work out outlets too?

Yes, I reinstated 3 of my 5 purchases. Surprisingly, 2 of them they did not even ask for proof. however the gc's were not yet refunded at that point so i couldnt use them.
I think asking for a refund on gc's will be futile, and im usually persistent. anyone with dps to the contrary please share.

Ask them to switch the method of payment from cc to gc on those orders?

Shipped my order.. One thing I'll add about this order, this was from the first round of orders, before the 15% new member came back.

ya. called them now to swap out to gc. they cant swap out once shipped. but without asking the CSR gave a discount on my suit so all is good. I was super nice and got the same treatment in turn. They reset my gc's with no problem.
while waiting i chatted and asked them if this is the busiest time of year. He said not neccessarily, but this year it is because they are still digging out from under the mess of the orders using the coupon codes.

Separately, the coat they sent me has the zipper on the LEFT side. Gonna see if theyll exchange. Is that a thing? Pretty sure i never had a coat with that.

Unrelated, my brother randomly bought this coat at the same time and after checking it out in person, Im 99% sure its made in the same factory, fit, colors and pockets are identical besides for the fur hood. (and a much better price)

A coworker literally just mentioned to me today that his shirts were delivered today. I asked where he bought them and he said this sale. He said he called, they were out of stock, so he had them replace them.

Typically when a zipper or button is on the right, it's mens, and left is womens, but that may only be in the US.
