Biden is playing into Putin's tricks. Don't you think this is the most obvious and weak retaliation measure?? Time for the US to start retaliation with disproportionate measures, the notion of a predictable and proportionate response essentially makes the US a laughingstock

Asking someone to pay their fair share sounds like destruction? If nato is based on the sole funding of the US (like this admin seems happy with) than it's an utter disaster.
