We can start with GIYF. For example try to look up "Which party did Winston Churchill represent" and "Which party did Neville Chamberlain represent".

Conspiracy theory of the day;

Biden doesn't want to admit Ukraine into NATO, but knows that he would get slammed for saying that. However, if he prevents a war, then he is a hero, even if it comes at the cost of excluding them.

He is therefore over-hyping the threat of Russia invading (as the Ukrainian PM claims), so that he has an excuse.

You might be talking about electricity production, whereas this might be overall energy use, including heating and transportation other than trains (oil and gas).

Let's see the link, so we can actually see what that graph is supposed to mean. Even if you expand it to include total energy consumption (ie electricity, heating, transportation, etc) I still find 20+% very hard to believe. Seems like Russia is not even the leading source of France's imports of NG (Norway) or LNG (Algeria). Even with oil, where they are the top source, it's less than 15% of the total.
