This seems to be going dead and alive intermittently. At a fellow DDFer suggestion I was able to order S&S to a different address, so since I can do that myself, I might stick to that for now, unless you're in Crown Heights and can get 15% off S&S, in which case you should order and I will pick it up from you and pay.
