Best way to send a picture to all your contacts at one shot? Or even 30+...

  What's the best and easiest way to send a photo or text to multiple contacts at the same time?
  Tried on a galaxy S10 and would work to send to more than 10 contacts at a time.

 And if I can send a photo or text via a mass text, how can I avoid the participants from replying to the mass group text?

WhatsApp broadcast?
Not ideal but probably best option
