Even if those recordings are real and true, why does that preclude the possibility that CW did what was alleged?

There's no proof that he did it (at least not yet) other than complaints by victims, if the recording is real then the victims might not be real...

Also, the fact that YS spoke to CW and didn't speak to any of the accusers automatically makes him biased.

He's obviously biased, the question is does his bias ring true or is it a load of BS? I can't imagine he'd publicly come out like this without any evidence at all

I agree with this conceptually, but I think that it may not get followed in practice. If you allow posts in one direction people may not realize that its only for positive and that negative comments are not permitted in the thread. I would think it would be clearer if the topic was just an announcement of who passed away with no editorializing one way or the other.

That thread has been going nicely (wrong term considering the subject, but you get my point) for over six and a half years. No need to make a bunch of new rules, it's pretty well understood.

Agreed. The sad reality with these cases is always the same. There is usually little to no proof, and the ramifications are always extremely grave on both sides. No matter how you spin it or handle it, lives are destroyed.
