Frum anti-vax campaigns funding source

I see in BP weekly multiple street signs go up explaining different reasons why not to take the vaccine.
Some quote Rabbonim some quote doctors etc
They also publish in the shul pamphlets pages against the vaccine.

Was wondering who backs these initiatives they definitely cost quite a bit of money? Are they getting money from the general anti-vax community or there are frum ppl donating to this course?

Also was wondering why hasn't government invested in the community at the same level to push pro vaccine literature?

Obviously they are self funded cuz they really believe what they are saying. Why else would they be pushing this anonymously? Imagine you felt that the shots were dangerous, and ppl were being misled, wouldn't you sponsor your own ads to warn ppl?
