do we have a thread of routes that will/won't work for the fee waiver?

No, see the DDMS comments for some experiences.

Tried EWR-SJU-EWR end of Jan, did not work.

Try JFK or LGA.
If one works, it can be changed to any NY airport

EWR is the one with much cheaper fare.

Quick Q - Booked Blue Basic for Pesach, just realized that there is no Carry On Bags. Looking at the policy it seems that I can carry a personal item - i.e. Backpack, purse, etc. But not a carryon. I have the JetBlue card, so we each get 1 free checked bag, but I am curious if there is a way I can add a Carryon without messing up my fare structure.

Incidentally, I was able to book Pesach Tix with the Jetblue fee/price change waiver.  Blue basic for about $80 a piece.

My routes:

BDL/FLL 4/14 - FLL/BDL 4/24
EWR/FLL 4/14 - FLL/EWR 4/18

Do you know which EWR-FLL flights you booked for January before you changed?

Hopefully the lack of other blogs posting about this will have kept the damage low enough for Jetblue to honor this.
It is odd that other big blogs did not repost this. Too complex for people?

Just hearing from friends and family how complicated the posts seemed, I would assume that's the reason. For the regulars here, I think we can all thank @Dan for the clear post was actually pretty simple :D

That post took hours of trial and error and multiple edits until it was ready. Was it only for basic? Was MINT the problem? Wait, it only works on one direction on some routes? Or is it specific flight dependent and why? I was utterly baffled at first until I noticed some patterns.

But @yochai deserves credit for posting the original tip!

Hopefully it's honored, but I have no doubt that people saved millions of dollars collectively, so we'll see...

You definitely made the right move waiting until you had a better grasp before posting. Would have frustrated a lot more people if everything was trial and error in the comments.
Also kudos to @jj1000 for posting in the sizzling notification thread right away. Always appreciate when you guys post there!

Thank you @yochai (great find) I could imagine the back and forth, but I must say once it was posted on DDMS the steps were crystal clear to follow. I took an extra minute reading the post before jumping into the 2 hour saga of booking  :) I did get lucky, the first flight I booked was eligible for the switch and then just used the same flights to book for the extended family.

Trying to just understand why is the tickets so so expensive on days around pesach when flight seat map shows most seats still empty?
Do the travel agents get credit for that by holding blocks of seats to sell later at a nice profit?
