I'm confused.

There was a ceremony yesterday to honor the service of officer Brian Sicknick who died January 7. It is well documented that his death had nothing to do with January 6 riot.

Why was it put together with Jan 6? With the media all up about his family members not shaking hands with Republican leaders... Am I missing something?

A 42-year-old dies of a stroke after a stressful event. It would be logical for the family to blame that event. I am going to guess they blame Trump and the R's.

Ask any doctor if a single stressful event can cause strokes? Of course the answer is no! That's not how it works. But don't let facts get in the way. CNN and NBC don't care about it either... They call the facts "a distraction".

I have no control over how a family might think. It is not unreasonable for them to associate the two events especially when doctors also say it is possible. Please don't let the Kool-Aid get in the way of you acknowledging the truth.

I also have no control that family like tens of millions of other Americans blame Trump and an extension of that the R's for the Jan 6 insurrection where many either died or were injured. Would you shake the hands of those you feel are responsible for a loved one's death?  Hopefully this clears up your confusion.

Being imprisoned indicates that there is no political motivation or spin on an episode? There were hundreds of people arrested by the protests trying to prevent Trump's inauguration, but they mostly had charges dropped.

When people get upset that footage of an incident is released because it confuses the real story, it's pretty telling about how little facts matter to their feelings.
