If Double Cash gives you 2%, the sub is essentially the extra 8%×$9000.

I would guess not since it’s technically a regular credit card SUB. I don’t see how they could.

Can only earn the full SUB if spend over 9 months and need to open a checking account. Sometimes checking account SUBs can be $200-$300…put everything together and it feels like an average offer.

It’s a nice SUB, not the best out there but definitely nothing to sneeze at. With Chase, Citi, and Amex I try to aim for $1,000+ value per SUB so I personally wouldn’t sign up for this as it takes a 5/24 slot. I would value 75K Citi etc. as way more.

Another good thing about this sign up bonus is that you have longer to do the spending.
Smaller amounts then 6k in 3 months.
