Alaska Mileage Plan Card--60k bonus miles

After I logged into my Alaska Mileage Plan account, I see a 60k mile offer ($3k spend within 90 days; $75 annual fee). I usually see that the sign-up bonus is 40k.

Is this a good one to sign up for? The card is issued by BoA and I am not a customer.

Should I wait for a better offer to pop up, when and if it ever happens? Thanks.

seeing 72k = how come no one discussing boa alaskan mileage plan anymore?
