Experience with Dollar Rent a car?

Are they a legit company or like fox etc.? I generally like renting through the bigger brands but trying to use the venture x travel credit and they have a good deal in a car at Dollar but I'm wondering if it's worth it.

Anyone have experience renting with them? How the customer service? Do they nickel and dime you in dents, etc?

Haven't rented with them, but I believe they are a sister company of hertz

I would say at a local location, especially one that's not corporately owned, YMMV. At the airport they're like any other major company.
