Bonvoy hotel reservations

Hi,

I'm trying to book a hotel but the points needed is insanely high. Hotels that should be 30,000 are minimum 50-60k. I'm looking to go to Miami in late February or early March. Did bonvoy points get devaluated? Am I searching incorrectly?

that's the new bonvoy...dynamic/ peak/ off-peak pricing. They make it up as they go along

Sheesh! I didn't realize that they changed recently. This is over a 60% devaluation! Oh well, thanks for the reply.
