These are standard at-home rapid tests, not proctored.

It's so easy to get a cheap-ish test before a flight here with quick results (Super Pharm, Be, Bikur Rofe, Check2Fly, etc.) - it's hard for me to see the benefit of doing it on you own and probably paying about the same price or more.
