Addittionaly I wonder if the 50% discount will apply to an unlimited amount of users added during the 12 month period? Or only for the initial user count during the migration?
Confirmed that yes.

"so now I have 8 users, let's say that in 5 months I add 20 more users for a total of 28 users, will the 50% discount apply to all 28 users until it expires in August 2023?"
Yes

I have two accounts, one is business one is not, on the latter I selected "personal" and it works fine, what should I do on the former?
