The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark
« on: February 09, 2022, 09:59:01 AM »
The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark is a hotel in Monticello which opened up recently and features an indoor waterpark (supposedly the largest indoor waterpark in NY--but I didn't measure).

Day passes for the water park are expensive (around $100 per person) but a stay at the hotel includes passes for the duration of the stay (including the day of check in and check out). Many nights are available for under $300, so it comes out for approx $150 per day for a family of four. For comparison, a four tickets (2 adults and 2 children) at the American Dream water park would cost around $300

Has anyone stayed at this hotel and explored the water park? Any feedback? Also, is entry to the waterpark controlled by some sort of bracelet or room key? Is it possible for two groups to split a night, and also split use of the water park (one group per day)?

PS: I have absolutely no affiliation with this resort.

Thanks!

NO.
Reminiscent of Cartwright of Bonanza.  Outdoors, hiking, open spaces.
Which they have in addition to the indoor water park.

Correct staying at the hotel gets you entry to the water park

But would it be possible to share access to the waterpark between two groups? Meaning, are guests given a bracelet to enter the waterpark (which would be difficult to transfer), or just need to show a room key?

Most importantly (for most people on this forum) is that they have separate hours at the water park.

What are the separate hours? I did not see that on the website.

Yea, the landing page on their website shows a tattooed man and also a woman in a bathing suit on a slide, so I don't think that they're catering to the frum community year-round.
