My point is that’s the rightmost of the (normative) spectrum, and there’s a who gamut to the left of that, how far left you can go and still consider yourself Orthodox is a pretty broad swath in its own right (or should I say in its own left)
ye, but that hold tru for literally any practical halacha sefer.

for those of us who live way out of town, that's the norm. They don't have kosher fish stores.
I was going to write that but a link is better

Maybe, which is why normative Halacha seforim start with the correct approach and in some areas leave room for leniency as an exception.

Are there normative Halacha seforim that serve as a digest of heter-shopped leniencies? I don’t know of any.

Drinks at a hotel bar.
According to many poskim that is not a recommended practice regardless of the contents of the drink

Thank you. I'm looking for Halacha and guidance, not blanket bans.

They are of the opinion that this is the Halacha. I am sorry that you don't like the blanket ban on pork. This would be much less of a blanket ban than that since all ages that it is permitted at a Jewish venue.

Drinks at a hotel bar.
good topic.
Bitters, bar mixes, cocktail onions, olives, etc  require proper hashgacha. Lemons are sometimes cut in the kitchen and even when cut at the bar, sometimes the knives are brought from the kitchen.
Alcohol is generally considered a davar charif so there's a potential issue for bar spoons, shakers, cobblers, etc. It would have to sit for at least 6 minutes for it to be na issue which is not the case for most mixing though they don't always rinse between mixes (though they're supposed to) which means there's a kavush concern on the residual.
We've also come across bar items such as copper mugs used for Moscow Mules, used for a soup bar which would be very problematic if the cocktails are charif then it would be prohibited to use them even aino be yomo.

As far as the alcohol itself, 'nuff has been spoken / written about that already.

Not for heterim if anything it would probably let people know more that you can’t do things they’ve always been doing

Kashrus organizations’ newsletters/magazines tend to write articles this way, as it explains why Hashgachas are the proper lechatchila approach.

I guess some people can use such an article to identify potential pitfalls and assess any given situation.

I don't know why you're quoting me as what you're talking about has nothing to do with the post you quoted in the context of what it's responding to:

When you have lists for alcohol, starbucks, and slurpees, the lists speak for the ingredients in that product, but not necessarily for the equipment/process by which you get the finished product.
