Why would they be more likely than hotels?
Beats me. I don't fly DL, but I haven't seen this in any other lounge or in dozens of hotels I've been to with infused water.
Who is asking for hot pepper in their water anyway?!?

if the Lemon (only fruit I can think of) is charif (debated in SA) then you need 60 in the water against the blios of the knife? or is chanan relevant here?
If it's נותן טעם לשבח, does the same rule of ששים apply?
