Hi everyone,
I took a ton of photos using my iphone which saved all of them in an HEIC format. After transferring them and sorting them into different categories and jpg format, I am encountering an error message in Adobe photoshop that says "could not complete your request because an unknown or invalid JPEG marker type is found." So, the fix is to convert the JPG into BMP or another format and then open them in photoshop. I did it on an individual photo and it worked but I have a lot of them.
Can you recommend something that isn't on the cloud for a one-time conversion?
