As a HLS grad, I find it ridiculous to question her qualifications.

She graduated from Harvard College magna cum laude and from HLS cum laude (where grading generally is blind and strictly curved).
She then clerked on the district court, 1st circuit, and the Supreme Court!! (Do you have any idea how hard it is to get a Supreme Court clerkship? There are only a max of 36 spots a year!) She may not be Kagan level brilliant but I assure you she is certainly eminently qualified.

And, btw, do we know how liberal she is? Just saying it might do the country good to have a public defender on the bench.

Racism isn't fighting someone black, it's fighting them because they're black, if you're going to fight anyone biden nominates, there is 100% nothing wrong with fighting the black one too, it would actually be hurtful to avoid the black one only.

Racism is like when Justice Thomas was in the senate and then Senator Biden implied that the respected Justice Thomas was a rapist because he was black.
