If I want to fly from JFK to Israel with a short 90 minute stopover in Dubai, how does the stopover affect my pre-trip testing requirement? When can I get tested? Which test? Does it have to be a certain time before my JFK-DXB flight or before my DXB-TLV flight?
Same question for the return trip home, but with a longer 11 hour stopover. Also, will I be able to leave the airport during my stopover or will that make me require a new test to board a plane to NY?
