Can you share what worked for you to achieve significant and long-term weight loss?

Gastric sleeve, but I regret it now 7 years later. Too many issues in the long run. A healthy lifestyle starting with not eating anything after 7PM will yield amazing results. Start just by implementing this one thing and tell your mind that you can eat ANYTHING as long as it's before 7PM and stick to that. You'll see wonders.

I used Eli Glaser of Soveya. Lost about 35 lbs and kept it off for a year now. I’m still not skinny, but at least I’m no longer fat.

Noom app till eating right became a lifestyle change. 

ETA: Your health insurance may offer free access, some do.
Shabbos i knew pretty much what i would eat or did eat, put info in before or after.

Just switching to Royo probably won't do much, but if you are looking to limit carb intake overall Roya is a big help

Royo and a little watching does a very decent job. It’s not just about less carbs and calories intake, it’s also about fiber intake which helps immensely. Plus the psychological aspect of dieting which can help limit excessive food intake.
It has worked very well for me.

Does this work with a busy lifestyle? I don't have extra time or brain space right now to dedicate to dieting. Can this be done without a serious commitment of time/preparation. (Obviously, aside for the actual effort involved in the self-control.)

He has a book available on Amazon you can get an idea about it.
