Wall switch timer with weather (no hub)

I am looking for a wall switch timer that can also be scheduled in connection with the weather. (the switch controls a split unit AC)
For example:
turn the device on sunday - thursday @ 8pm only if the real feel is below 55 degrees (winter)
turn the device on sunday - thursday @ 8pm only if the real feel is above 74 degrees (Summer)
turn the device on friday 1 hour before sunset only if the real feel is below 55 degrees (winter)
