Which local VoIP client are you using? Maybe you can simply make the output louder in that app?

Otherwise you can try raising the Gain on the virtual inputs.

shut my microphone but still be able to listen, and keep the SIP party and the zoom party talking and listening to each other.

My listening device are bluetooth earphone

Without testing, I'd assume unselecting B1 and B2 from Stereo Input 1 should do that.
