2. It was edited last week to fit the current situation, e.g. all the blockade stuff.
3. If you actually read it, there's no way circumstances met the criteria laid out there.

The Act was used to stop the illegal protest that was crippling the country. If he went after political opponents, then that is for Canada to sort out.

Why is the right sticking their nose in this? The protest was broke up peacefully. We can learn from then.

Peaceful is relative.
Compared to how peaceful the demonstration had been until then it was pretty violent. (pretty much exclusively on the part of the police) I guess compared to BLM or ANTIFA it was super peaceful.
At least in Ottawa. Windsor (before the Emergencies act) was completely peaceful.
