Right, out of thousands of protesters there was 1(!) person with a confederate flag, who was promptly sent away by the other protesters.

I don't know the story of the 1(1) Nazi flag that was flown, but from the pictures I've seen were not in the central protest area.

So after  thousands of protesters over 21 days the real story of the protest is one confederate flag & one Nazi flag.


So yes, saying it's just "a few people shouting and waving swastikas" or calling what was happening there "antisemitism, Islamophobia, anti-Black racism, homophobia, and transphobia" is 100% bullsh*t.

*Sorry, people using the swastika to say that the Canadian govt is using Nazi tactics or something in that vein does not count. You can say it's a bad and/or wrong comparison, but calling it waving the swastika is at best disingenuous.
