External Local hard drive sharing over the internet

I am not worried about being secure.

I am looking for a solution a for few days.

What is the best option for me to share a hard drive of information  (1TB) with someone that lives across the world? They are doing some world some work for me and need free reign to my external harddrive.

Teamviewer or logmein into the computer that its attached to?

My Netgear router has a USB slot on the back that you can put a drive in and it's accessible remotely after you set it up IINM.
