united travel bank not working

im trying to book a flight using united travel cash and i dont see an option, anyone else having this issue?

Not sure your question, but I’m trying to book basic economy on United from ewr to Mia and I don’t see an option

Could be your country setting wasn't US? For example, if you search a flight from TLV, it will often default to Israel version, and I believe travel bank only works on US site.

negative - my country setting is USA. Are you seeing the option to use Travel bank cash?

on checkout page youll see in small words an option to go to old payment site, it shows up there

impossible to check out with travel bank, the old site doesn't list it either, does anyone have it?

odd, it seems to have to do with booking on united express, it's supposed to allow use for that but doesnt show. On UA flights proper it shows.

If price is the same, you may be able to book United, and then immediately do an exchange to the United Express....
