China, Iran, NK... There are plenty of countries that view the West as despotic and would love to topple their self righteous ideological reign of power.
Regardless, in the nuclear age, Russia doesn't really need allies. They're more than capable of wiping out the world themselves, assuming they're willing to ignore the MAD factor.
