The Flatbush one also shows "permanently closed" and their website domain thebuzzelectronics.com is for sale.

Did they have any clearance sale? Or did they just suddenly close down?

When the Buzz opened the Boro Park store, they put out a CD with a bunch of music tracks off popular albums at the time. The opening track was new content though - badchan Yoeli Lebowitz making jokes about the Buzz. It's a pretty funny track, and I was not able to find it anywhere online, so I'm sharing it here via Google Drive.

Boro park had a sale on many items. I don't think it was advertised as clearance
