To avoid service charges from you car rental company, you’d need to call the highway management company (kvish 6, Carmel tunnels, TLV fast lane etc) before use and register you license plate number with your credit card. You’d also need to remove the vehicle after you end your rental.

When I press it it comes up with an error.

I had the same problem, I think it might have to do with having a prepaid account?

i can't even register with Cello here in the states. When entering my phone number it tells me enter the sms text which never arrives.

Seems only for the TA fast lane and Kvish 6 "north", not the main 6

Does anyone know how the Kvish 6 charge appears on your credit card? I thought I added my rental car and credit card, but don't see any charge. Do they not charge you immediately? Alternatively, if you don't add your own credit card, does the rental car company charge you upon return or later?
