The advice (and that particular article) may be bad, but the guy definitely knows his stuff.

Just finished scanning the article. There is some pretty bad stuff in there, which is pretty surprising, because he's pretty knowledgeable.

He obviously needs to brush up on his 2/3BM skillz :P

Just to put it in perspective this week I met spend requirements on
1) Citi TY - 50000
2) Citi AA - 50000
3) Amex MB Plat - 50000
4) Amex Delta -30000
5) Amex PRG - 15000
Total 195000
And he was writing to get that in a full year

From the article I get that he is pretty conservative with his approach. He is recommending two apps from the same provider in one day. Is that so bad? Maybe he should recommend three from Chase and then have all accounts shut down like it has been reported here? He is basically following the FTG approach.
