Anyone saw a video going around with a planned development in Florida of 1,100 homes? Anyone know where that is being? Apparently, a Rav from Monsey is being brought in there?

I heard something that Lazer Kraus (mentioned somewhere upthread) has new plans for a new area in Florida after abandoning his Orlando development plans. You'll likely find more on Ivelt if you're really interested.

And another rumor that the video circling is a new development 1 hour from Miami. Yona Lunger is managing it. And some rabbi Moskowitz from Monsey (תומכי שבת) is supporting it.

Apparently being in Glades County, Florida. Roughly 1:45 from Boca and Ft. Lauderdale. 1:25 from Ft. Myers/Naples.
2:15 from Orlando. 2:45 from Tampa.
Basically in the center of South Florida.

I wonder how the houses look, hopefully they are designed more usefully for Jewish lifestyles and are priced right. Big question is how the community will turn out. But I'm all for more options.

@Joel Where did you get the brochure from?

Seems like the only thing nearby is a trailer park. Definitely room to expand. Buckhead Ridge, FL 34974
