If I had to guess, these random items from random stores are clearance items for those specific locations, and this “method/trick” makes it possible to get clearance prices shipped to your door. So if you have a method of finding clearance items for specific stores you’ll find some deals of your own.

And the zips are repeated many times. Everyone is invited to use the commons zips and search Walmart for random categories take a peek then sort low to high and post steals.

The whole shtick here is the local deal workaround.

On the other hand some items did not require gift items at all it was just free shipping

Hard to believe some of these prices, even on clearance... and does that mean they actually ship it from that store? I don't understand. is it a "workaround" or an intentional clearance of Walmart store inventory?
