I still find it useful, I finally know who I am. I'm gonna save thousands of dollars worth of therapy.

Reminds me of the famous joke:

Leaderboard isn't showing my solve-time.
It's showing frustration-time, ie, time till hitting Reveal because I don't know movies.

No luck with NYT mini because I know nothing about Oscars nominees and don’t cheat.

I got lucky with some of the clues. I don't know much about pop culture, but I was able to guess "educationally".

My time today was 3:21, but I cheated. I turned on auto-check when I finished the regular stuff and I just guessed letters.

I'm not sharing this because I want to be honest. I'm sharing it because I don't want anyone to be choshed me that I know movie info.

Lol. I happen to have watched 1 across, but only got it by filling in other clues (had no idea that's what it was called). Similar with 5 across - obviously I know who that is, but I assumed King Richard meant some sort of historical movie about an English King. The other 2 movie related clues are words in their own right, so it wasn't hard to get it once some of the letters were filled in.

I posted this because I had expected that giving up with Reveal would lead to a "You lose!" score of zero, and was surprised that it gave me a score as if I had solved the puzzle.

I'm sharing this because I don't want anyone to be choshed me that I'm anti-movies. Just haven't seen any in 2022 and not interested in award ceremonies.

They don't have a leaderboard feature, but if anyone wants to try the full NYT crossword online, Seattle Times has it for some reason: https://www.seattletimes.com/games-nytimes-crossword/. 13:39 for today with no letter reveals.
