NY car insurance lapse question

Anyone know if I can upload proof of sale of a car to show there was no lapse in insurance coverage to https://dmv.ny.gov/askinsurancequestion or do I have to mail it?

Anyone have experience with this before?

Jury Duty: Nothing to do there but chill and write a TR. Kinda like the beach but missing the view and ocean breeze.

You need to turn in your plates, before cancelling insurance.

Have a different car with the same plates. Just lapsed my insurance on the car I sold
