And once they're anyway going to the trouble to make a mechira, would it be so difficult to include all the other barrels together with it?

First of all, they are still operating during pesach, so it wouldn't work for those barrels

Anyone have information about kosher food in Louisville? The local Vaad Hakashrus mentions something about a diner at the local JCC thru the summer, but there's nothing on the JCC's website.
