One of kids is flying back from Israel to US on TAP and has an eight hour lay over in Lisbon.
If he wants to leave the airport and tour Lisbon what are the COVID rules as far as entry to Portugal and then getting back into the airport.
His flight leaves Israel at 5 AM and gets into Lisbon at 9 AM and the connection to the US leaves Lisbon at 5 PM so its all the same day.
