I made sure to check and unfreeze all three reports from three agencies. The lender still says there is a freeze on my credit report and can’t give me preapproval yet . I do see they pulled my credit report and I see it on credit karma alert and discover card alert. Why are they saying there is still a freeze? Why they can’t tell me where is the freeze is and which of the three credit bureau agency? Thanks
